Lights up by Thanksgiving. Down by mid-January.
Commercial-grade holiday lighting for homes, HOA entrances, and storefronts. We install it, keep it working through the season, take it down, and store it. You never touch a ladder.
How our holiday lighting works
We measure the house in the fall and quote roofline, trees, wreaths, and entrance lighting as a package. Lights go up on a scheduled date, usually between early November and Thanksgiving. If a bulb or run fails during the season, we come fix it. In January we take everything down and store it for next year.
Because the calendar fills fast — the same crews run our maintenance routes — booking by October gets you the install date you want.

Good to know
Do I buy the lights or rent them?
Most clients rent the package — we supply commercial-grade lights sized to the house, and they stay in our storage between seasons. Purchase is available if you prefer to own them.
When should I book?
October at the latest for a pre-Thanksgiving install. Returning clients get first pick of dates.
What if a strand goes out?
Call or text and we come out and fix it. Service calls during the season are part of the package.
