Diagnose first, dig second
Most drainage problems in North Georgia come down to the same few things: roof water dumped at the foundation, a yard graded toward the house, or clay soil that will not absorb anything. The fix depends on which one you have, so we start by walking the property during or after rain if we can.
From there it might be a French drain, a dry creek bed that carries water across the yard and looks good doing it, a catch basin and buried pipe to the street, or simply regrading. We will tell you the smallest fix that will actually work.

Good to know
How do I know if I need a French drain or regrading?
If water pools in a low spot in the lawn, regrading may solve it. If the ground stays soggy for days or water is entering a crawl space, you usually need to collect and pipe it. We diagnose on site — the walk-through is free.
Will a dry creek bed actually move water?
Yes when it is built right: dug to a proper depth, lined with fabric, and sized to the runoff it has to carry. The stone on top is the part you see; the channel underneath is the part that works.
Do you work with my builder or HOA on storm water?
Regularly. We are certified in storm water restoration and can document the work for HOA or county requirements.
